We had so much fun with Claudia. We went from a full stylized flower shoot to a white on white studio look. One of my favorite things is to draw out the different personalities within each individual. We pulled wardrobe and accessories from my style closet and also tied in items Claudia brought.
Both this image and the award-winning image above were shot in the same session. We used two completely different styles and perspectives for this young model and they turned out amazing.

Maren grew up around horses which she truly loves. Together we brainstormed the perfect equestrian session. We figured out the logistics to get her horse to a nearby field, with an amazing pond, at the perfect time of day.

I always wanted to create an image with a parachute dress. I fell in love with the color of this parachute and I knew I had to find the perfect girl. I wanted a tall girl with warm skin tones and dark hair and Ellie was perfect.
We had so much fun, her mom and my husband were throwing the parachute in the air and running… We created magic this day. It was hard to decide on a few favorites, here is one of them.
